Ornitholestes

Ornitholestes was a small carnivorous dinosaur from the Late Jurassic Period of North America, living about 154 million years ago. Ornitholestes was about 7 feet long, 3 feet tall, and 30 lbs. It also had very large eyes for its size, making up about 30% of the skull length. It had serrated teeth and grasping talons on each hand perfect for catching the small prey animals Ornitholestes dined upon. Paleontologists once thought it to have a small horn on the nose, due to the crushing in the fossil skull.
