Supersaurus

Supersaurus is an herbivorous sauropod dinosaur from the North American Jurassic period, about 145 million years ago. It is a contender for the largest dinosaur (and by extension, largest animal) ever. Only competing with Amphicoelias and Argentinosaurus, this behemoth was potentially over 150 feet long and weighed as much as a herd of elephants. It was so large that even moving it’s massive tail side to side as it walked could’ve broken the sound barrier.
