Camarasaurus

Camarasaurus was a large long-necked sauropod dinosaur from Late Jurassic North America, about 145 million years ago. It was a heavily built sauropod, with a robust body, thick legs, and a sturdy neck. It used its spoon-shaped teeth to chew the tough tree and plant material of its time, avoiding competition with its larger cousins such as Brachiosaurus and Supersaurus by being midsized for a sauropod, eating different levels of the canopy.
